Need Quick Answer! Will The CM 212 EVO block my ram slots?

Hi, I'm getting a ASRock Extreme 4 but I'm concerned about what ram will fit. There's a great sale on Newegg tomorrow so I need an answer ASAP.

The fan may overhang the slots a little but it can be pushed slightly up and 40mm ram chips should fit under it on std location.
