Get the Intel one!!! Both CPU as well as GPU are far better :)
Happy gaming :D

What games do you play? I can see you're on a $700 budget but I would not recommend getting windows vista. Also that Foxconn H61 motherboard is not going to allow for very good overclocking of your unlocked i5-2500K. Maybe just get a cheaper i5 or an i3. I doubt you need the cores of the Zambezi. Also any Intel offering is faster than the Zambezi per core. If you want the best gaming performance then spend most of your money on the GPU. 6750 or 550ti is not going to be the best performance. Get a $125 CPU and a 6870 at the very least if your on a budget.

You also do not want a Chokemax PSU. A quality modern PSU has full range active PFC (no little voltage switch) and some level of 80+ certification for efficiency. Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX, FSP, and Enermax/LEPA are among the better brands.
Otherwise, I will echo what has been said. There is no longer any price point at which Intel does not outperform AMD in games. If your monitor resolution is 1920x1080, I don't think you'll want anything weaker than a HD6850 or HD7770, but your budget should allow something even stronger. Post your resolution for more specific suggestions.
I would probably not buy a Foxconn motherboard. My own preference is typically for ASRock (which reviews have shown consistently uses quality components like solid caps and ferrite chokes) or Asus. Get one with USB3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s in order to have at least a little future-resistance. A Z77 or Z68 chipset would be great, but if that's not quite in your budget, H67 or Z75 will do (especially if you've backed the CPU down to a non-K model).
You do not want a "green" (or LP) drive to be your only drive or boot drive; they are notoriously slow in that role. They're fine for data, but get a WD "Blue" or "Black" for your boot drive.
I like Rosewill cases. I've used many different ones, and none were regrettable.

a little bit of opinion...
amd build:
what 700 psu?
are you sure about getting vista instead of windows 7 home premium oem?
intel build:
cpu - if you're getting the h61 mobo, you can drop down to a core i5 2400 if you want. h61 does not allow cpu overclocking, so you won't be able to oc the 2500k. the 2500k will run at stock settings.
psu - you don't need a 700 psu for a single (gpu) card build, a corsair cx500 v2 or tx 650 v2 or rosewill green rg530 s12 will run a gtx 550ti and a core i5.

gfx card - you didn't say if you're gonna be gaming with your pc. around $140~ better cards can be found, like radeon hd 6850

or gtx 560, after rebates

of prices and avilability depend on your location/place of purchase. i listed the ones from newegg.com.
if you don't use a powerful gfx card, either intel or amd will do for now. with powerful gaming card, intel will perform better. between the listed builds, intel one will perform better because 550ti is stronger than radeon hd 6750.
