Power Target EVGA Precision X

What does it do? I been googling around and cannot find a source telling me what it does specifically and how it affects core/memory clocks.

I think it just will only clock up to the power target. So if you overclock by say 300mhz and it reaches it's maximum power target at +150mhz that's all you will get. Also different games use different amounts of power even at the same GPU load. Basically just move it all the way up if you are trying to overclock your card.
