Please help me in this problem i really don't know what is issue.

What is the make and model of your PSU? Do you have all of the power connections plugged into the graphics card? Did you install new drivers after installing the card?

Sounds more like the power supply than the motherboard that's why you need to test this theory. I can't, no one could tell you for sure what is wrong. We can only lead you in the right direction.

Isn't at least a 500w PS and 24amps continous required for a 550ti? What make/model is your power supply. We cannot help you with the generic information you posted on it.

imega plus series ATX - 450W

AC input

Voltage Current Frequency
115/230V 6/3A 60/50Hz

i got all these info. Please just give me advise that i need to upgrade my Power supply for best performance? Or my mother board is not enough better? or Is that graphics card problem?

Or else you may check here my whole pc info . http://pastebin.com/EJ4n3YQT

Looking into that PSU I am going to suggest its definitely the cause of your problem. However to be sure you really should test another power supply in your system rather than buy a new one.
