Video Card in Pci-E slot flexible?

Im just wondering how come the video card can move more upwards once I already pushed it in the Pci-e slot?
Also is the correct way is to give it a lift and hold it up right there before you screw it in?

Gaming cards are usually pretty heavy and that's why they tend to move downwards a bit. Pushing it slightly up until it's positioned good and then screwing it down helps with that problem. And yes, this is the correct way. Linus usually knows what he's doing
