Is it worth it? This spec for 238.94 USD. My computer spec waaaaay is lower than this that's why I'm not gonna let this chance slip xD though I'm thinking if I can buy anything better with that amount of money, but I think there's nothing you can build better than this, right? BUUUT I need some opinions from you guys.

You can build a better value system. That XEON is overkill for just general browsing.
