Only thing not too sure about is processor, i want to be able to overclock it so does it matter too much what the stock core clock is. This is really pushing my budget btw so is there anyway i can save money on this.

Yes, the CPU matters. You're not overclocking an Intel CPU without a K at the end of the model number, as far as budget pushers, this means you need a 2500K or 3570K as the cheapest Intel options. You need a mobo with either a Z68 or Z77 chipset.
