Netvista 8319-52U can't find Enet or video driver

I've been given a free Netvista 8319-52u, but the hardrive was shot. I picked up a used Netvista hardrive of the same type, and loaded up XP professional, but can't find an Ethernet or video driver that works. The standard drivers from Lenovo don't work, and a little web crawling hasn't turned up anything.

Any thoughts?

Install a wireless adapter and let Windows Update install the driver through the MS update website. I have done many of these machines and found that is the only way to get it to work. When you're ethernet is updated, remove the wireless device and software. You will be good after that. If you can't access windows update because it says it doesn't support the IE or service pack you are using, use the link I attached to this post:
