Expensive motherboard then cheaper processor or expensive processor then cheaper
Im on a budget build here and my first time.
Im thinking of building a sandy bridge computer and plans of upgrading in the future. i'd like to have a gaming computer when the time comes i want to upgrade but since this is my first build I want it to be good atleast. Do i go for an i3 and just buy an h61 chipset board? or go g550 and have z68 chipset board?
More aboutexpensive motherboard cheaper processor expensive processor cheaper
The processor matters more in a gaming computer than the motherboard.
Mid-range motherboard, 8GB+ ram and then split the remaining budget between cpu and gpu for a balanced system.
