CPU not working (?)

Hi! I just got a new cpu today (AMD FX-6200 BE 6-CORE) when I installed it I started my pc and got "no signal detected" I am using M4A785TD-V EVO motherboard.
I am using amd phenom ii x4 965 atm, i reinstalleted my old cpu back and it worked.
Please help
