hi whats a safe temp for i3 2120 32-34 idle max load -62c

The temperatures that you are experiencing are good and no reason for concern. The tcase is 69.1c you really don't measure this but if you can keep the processor under this level you are in good shape. However you could really go up to about 95c (board warning shut downs) before you reached a dangerous point and if worst comes to worst the final ThermTrip of 130c that will shut down to the processor but if you reach this temp most likely some else is going to be damaged.
