Hello first time posting on this forum, anyways like the title says I am planning on building a computer after the summer *I know I am probably planning too far ahead* and was wondering which card i should get.

The factors i have is no more than $150 USD, Want the card which can get the most fps while using tessellation, and wont have that much power drain, also I WILL not overclock the card *since it voids the warranty*, and basically the most bang for the buck.

the card i currently have picked is this:

any suggestions?

I would go with the 7770; by the time you start thinking about a crossfire setup the 6850 won't be around. The 7770 also scales better in crossfire and has less power consumption so you save money on a less beefy PSU. On its own there isn't a massive amount of difference; they trade blows in most games.

Either that or get a 6870; that will blow both of there performances away.
