if i may suggest:
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 $109.99
$89.99 after mail-in rebate card

the TXV2 series are made by seasonic but the GS series were CWT.
also it has 4 x 6+2-Pin instead of 2 x 6+2-Pin

Its a gr8 build.

You have not mentioned any HDD.
You might need to add a HDD of about 1TB as 256GB might not be enough.
But if you can manage with 256GB space then no problem.

@Shubham_66 He already owns an external driver that he can use. If he ever does need another drive I'm sure he can purchase one.

your welcome and shubham does have a point about having a platter. not so much for storage but if your friend does render quite a bit of video it would be a benefit to get a 500gig HD for a scratch disk. speeds the rendering with editing and saves writes to the SSD while keeping it from bottlenecking with having the OS on it.

though overall i am a little jealous.
