PC Radiators

What are pc radiators for exactly?? Like how do they work

The radiators are for water cooled systems, you pump the coolant through a hose, it runs across a water block on the CPU or GPU where it absorbs heat, it then gets pumped through some more hoses and goes to the radiator where it gives off it's heat to the air outside of the computer.

Oh ok I figured it was for water cooled just wasn't sure thanks
