Hi i am building my first gaming PC soon and i am in the process of ordering the parts i just want to finalize and make sure everything is compataible and such, and if there is anything i need to change. Also to those who have ordered from New Egg i have a question i am ordering roughly 11-12 things at once do they just show up and plop all of that down onto my doorstep even if im not there? because i live in the more sketchy part of my college town and that may not be to safe. Also are there any little changes in parts to cut cost and not sacrifice any preformance? thanks.

When ordering from Newegg and that many parts they will most likly be shipping from different warehouses and the packages will be arriving on different days. You can get signature required on delivery and/or you can track you packages to see when they say "out for delivery" they will also post a delivery date for each package so that you can know when they are expected to arrive. The only thing you can't get info on is the time of day unless you know when the UPS guy usually comes to your area. At my location I know that the UPS guy always comes at 4pm or later if it's real busy.
Your build looks good except for the Rosewill psu , it's junk and I know the price might fit your budget but there are better psu's and they are not too expensive.

When you are filling out the checkout form online there is a box you can check off for signature required , then they will not leave the box and they will try again the next day or you can go to the UPS place and pick it up yourself. As I said they give you all the tracking info so that you can pretty much narrow it down to when they are coming and you will know the day for sure.

Thank you inzone for you're help, and that build but my budget is actually a little more around 750$ now that i realize i need to get a monitor aswell ill need some spare money for that, all i am really trying to be able to do is run the games i play WoW, and SWTOR on high-max settings smoothly, and skyrim and bf3 around medium to low settings those two don't need to be insanely maxed out for me, can i do this with my build. I am about to order,
