What graphics card can I get with a 300 watt Power supply

I run a very old 8400 as you can tell and i want to really upgrade, So can you guys help me find the best graphics card for me?

HD 6670 vs. HD 7750: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/613?vs=535

HD 7750 performs better and consumes less power
