Replace - "Athlon 64 X2 TK-57" By "Turiontm II Dual-Core M500" ?

I have dead Dell Vostro 1000 laptop with motherboard - "AMD Motherboard CR584 OEM" and "AMD Athlon 64 X2 TK-57 (1.9GHz/256KB)" processor.

I replaced motherboard and still laptop is not working. I want to try now by replacing processor.

I have another working HP laptop at home with "AMDTurion™ II Dual-Core Processor M500". Both these processors have S1 slot .

Can I replace "AMD Athlon 64 X2 TK-57" By "AMDTurion™ II Dual-Core Processor M500" ? Are they compatible ? Can someone help to find compatibily ?
