how to change the routers password?

If you want to change a router's password you have to log into it with the administrator name/password.

If you can't do that, there may be a button on the back of it that lets you reset it to the factory settings. You may have to hold it in for 30 seconds or a minute or some such, whatever it says to do in the router manual.
