Do i need to update bios to use ivy bridge

hi,
anyone know do i need to update bios to use i3 3220 on this board?

Chances are it should work since the bios firmware for that CPU is 0407/0501 (different models) which is quite old (a few months old) and if this board is brand new chances are it will work. Anyways despite that the best information is knowing the bios firmware already on the motherboard.
