I was wondering how much of a performance increase you get if you buy a 3570k instead of something like a 3350p or 3450, seeing as they're £30-£40 cheaper.
Also how much of a performance increase in games do you get if you overclock?

As far as i can see the only difference is the integrated graphics and the Clock rate. If your on a tight budget it might be wise to buy a lower end one, but even then, i would buy a higher end i3 (Which is hyperthreaded) so i could get the benifits from the integrated graphics helping the Independent Graphics. The lower end ones are for mostly school-type computers, for files and maybe some auto-cad use, stuff liek that, but i would go with the 3570, or if you want to overclock it, go for the 3570K like you had mentioned. Hope this helped some, Good Luck!
