About to get a new pc and being a noob at pc building I came up with this :)

Intel Core i5-3570K (3.4GHz, 6MB Cache, LGA1155)

Giga Byte GA-Z77X-D3H

Corsair 650W, TX V2 series, 12cm fan, 80+

Asus Radeon HD7870, 2GB, GDDR5, DirectCU II

Corsair Vengeance Black, 8GB, DDR3, 1600MHz, CL9, Kit of 2

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Cooler Master Storm Enforcer, Black

Western Digital 500GB, 7200rpm, 16MB, Sata III, Caviar Blue

I will use it mainly for gaming, maybe a bit of video editing/rendering, but nothing major.
The question is- will the components work fine together? And will everything fit in the case?
Excuse me for my poor English! ;c :)

budget is about 1250$ and I already mentioned the use for the system.

No need for a new monitor or OS

you made some good choices, but i would suggest this power supply-
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020
it's cheap, powerful and will handle 7870 CF and overclocking very well.
another change is the case, get haf 912,it's only a few bucks more and a way better case.

Thanks for the fast reply :)

Gonna change the PSU and the case to the ones you suggested!

P.S. Maybe I should get the Giga Byte Radeon HD7870, 2GB, GDDR5, OC instead of the ASUS one? :)

nopes,Asus DCII cooler is great!

I'll just stay with haf 912, I really don't need a very fancy case. If it cools good then it's the case for me :)

There's a possibility that I will have some extra money, what if I decide to get a gtx 670? Will the PSU be strong enough? Is gtx 670 a good choice?

Already adedd that PSU to the list, I would also correct the list in the start of the topic if I could :)

Can I also get opinions about switching to gtx 670?
