Best video card around $300

I'm kinda stuck choosing a video card. I would like one that can at least play high end games like Battlefield 3 at Ultra setting at about 60fps.
These are the ones I want to go with right now:

EVGA Geforce GTX 670

Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon HD 7950

XFX Double D Radeon HD 7970

I know it says $429, but its 380 at CompUSA.

If there is any cheaper alternative, or better ones for the same price, I'm welcome to suggestions.
Thanks in advance.
