Really need help choosing!

Hello guys.I know that not the right forum to ask,but is the only one i know.I'm looking for a laptop in the price range of 600$-650$ TOPS.It won't be used for gaming,just for surfing in the net and some programs for university,basically daily use stuff.Right now i'm looking for the Dell Inspiron 15R,the option with the i5-2450m --> http://www.dell.com/us/p/inspiron-15r-5520/pd.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs The second one,for 599$ ,with 500GB HDD and 6GB RAM. Guys,i really need help because i need laptop daily and my current one is dead.I'm writing this from my friend's PC.Thanks in advance.
