Processor and mobo or graphics

i currently have an amd athlon x2 270 3.4 ghz and a gtx 520,

i have the option of either getting:

an i5-3570k and a new motherboard

or

an evega 660 ti

which would be better to upgrade?

any help is appreciated.

What are you doing with this computer, gaming? I would go with the motherboard and CPU first then the video card. Seems pointless to get the video card first since it will be bottlenecked by the old processor.
