Need advice on my temporary computer

I have a AMD athlon x2 240 cpu with 2.8 ghz 3 gb DDR3 RAM with a Radeon HD 6850 GPU 1gb DDR5. I will be using a 425 watt PSU and running XP. Will this suffice for now? I want to be able to run games like Call of Duty, Grand theft auto 4, Bioshock, Max Payne 3, etc.

Its OK, but don't plan on Ultra for any of those games....medium to low...
