HD6850 vs HD6870

I'm building a budget gaming computer and the only part I really need help with is the gpu. I know that at stock speeds the 6870 is a better buy, but I also heard that the 6850 overclocks incredibly better than the 6870 and when both are OC'd they are neck and neck. If it helps I will be bundling the gpu with an i3-2120 or ivy bridge equivalent depending on how soon it will be released. I use a 1920x1080 monitor.

Or is there a better gpu for that price range? I really don't want a gtx 560 unless I can get one for about $150.

Not to mention it uses less power and that the 6870 is the best price/performance out still.
