Gaming PC $850 budget

ok im looking to build a new computer mainly to run guild wars 2 and maybe CoD. i have no problem with goin prebuilt or building it myself, my question is what can you recommend to me, my budget is $850 or around £500 and i will need to buy an operating system with that as well.

also keep in mind i am from northern ireland and will have shipping to consider. i dont need a monitor because i am going to use my tv and i probably wont be overclocking. the graphics cards i have looked at are: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB , NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB, AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB, AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB. and for CPU i was looking at: Intel Core i5 3450

you're advice would be greatly appreciated

Cpu- 3450 is a good chip

i can do a USD 850 build but i cant do the same with 500 pounds. telling you right now
