Hi all, I like to build my first gaming rig, but i do not know if the parts are compatible with each other.

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K Ivy Bridge
Motherboard: Gigabyte Gi. Sniper 3 (Intel Z77)
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX670
Memory Card: Kingston HyperX 1866MHZ 8GB
Power Supply: SeaSonicx Series 760W
Hard Disk: Seagate Barracuda XT harddrive (3TB)
CPU Cooler Fan: Noctua NHD14 CPU Cooler
Casing: Thermaltake Chaser MK1 Galaxy

Yup, all compatible, but one of the most vommon computer-building misconceptions is that you need an i7 to game. An i7 will get the same exact frames per second(FPS) as an i5-3570K, which can overclock as well. Also, you do not need 1866MHz RAM. Save a few bucks, go 1600MHz. All benchmarks say that 1866 makes about 1FPS max of a difference. Invest that money in an SSD, fans, etc.

Agreed. Save $100 and get an i5 3570 (or a 2500k, they are even cheaper and not much slower) and put that $100 towards an SSD. The exception is if you frequently use threaded, CPU intensive programs of the likes of Blender, or video editing.

I agree with Obsama that the 1866 ram is unnecessary, the difference will be very minimal. Also if you are going to play bf3 i would go for the i7 as it can utilize six cores otherwise go with the i5. Other then that allyour parts are compatible, an ssd would give you a decent boost but you can always add that later.
