Case Needs to Fit a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus/Evo (had problems with a NZXT guardian Case >..>), Good Airflow is a must, Open/Good Cable management would be a plus.
Build will be a possible Side project/my new gaming build in the works. (Will be along the lines of an Asrock x4/i5 3570k/8gb Ram/ GTX 570/480/ or SLI 6850s or single 7850+/ SSD/HDD will be used)
also open to other case recommendations

You might also want to consider the Corsair Carbide Series 300r. I actually just purchased one earlier today from Newegg.
