Are there any compatibility issues with the hardware I have chosen?

Nope. The PSU isn't brilliant but yours is a very low power system.

How about swapping out the Thermaltake TR2 for a Antec BP550 Plus 550W?

if you push the psu budget about 5-10$ more, for a corsair cx 430w/antec vp 450w/rosewill green 430w, it will give you the option to add a low power gpu like the 6670 if you ever needed to.

if you dont plan on ever adding an additional card, then you are probably fine with the current build.

You don't need more wattage - even 400W is overkill - but better quality. Antec EW 380.
