Hi, I have a nzxt phantom it has great airflow I have a 200mm on the top as an exaust 2 120mm on the side of the case for HDD, and an H60 with the stock fan and a 120 mm nzxt fan in push-pull and I believe my load tempatures are about 48C. let me know if you have any recommendations by the way all the fans are on max when I did it on load.

i AM RUNNING A FX-8350

Well you could try running prime 95 if you want to know the highest temperature your computer can reach. Not many stuff can pressure a CPU like prime 95 does, so its likely you wont see the temperatures in prime 95 while gaming.

Also my friend wanted to say something about your CPU load at 48 degrees and you worrying

I know im getting off topic but, ever since I have but my extra drive with all my games on it in my new computer (built it on wensday the 21st) but for some reson if I dont use it for i guess an hour it shuts off but when I click on an application on it it turns back on (i hear it spinning up) just curious if its the motherboard or something in my system doing it.

Okay last check and it will be the most accurate one for your near "idle" temperatures. Restart the computer and head in to the bios and see what the CPU temperature is there. Know that in the bios the CPU is not truly at idle but in between load and idle. There are no cooling options like Cool'n'quiet present at that moment. Anyways what is your room temperature? 21 is possible for idle if you are in a cold room.

Ok if its 72 f then you cant get 21 degrees on an air cooler. I believe 72 Fahrenheit is 22 degrees Celsius. Have you checked the bios temperatures? Also try posting the link the same way you did in your previous posts, the last image is asking me to log in and I certainly don't want to make an account just to look at a picture

...h60 unfortunatly with 2 fans the stock fan is always over 4000 rpm idk why i would say if the motherboard temps are right then thats why but it core temp is it should be lower shoulden't it its plugged into the cpu fan header.

Yes it should be lower if plugged in to the CPU fan header, you make sure you haven't tinkered with anything in the bios like Asus Q-fan?

withe the performace turned on it looks like asus suite gets 48C max on bf3 when all fans are on max and then core temo gets 42C max then drops down to 27C right when i minimize bf3, they both seem pretty close.
