Looks nice, I do not like OCZ for power supply's, I would go with an antec or corsair or even better seasonic. And if you are not going to be storing a lot of files I would really recommend getting an SSD, they really are fast and you will never go back to a HDD and you can get a 120GB Sata 3 for around 90 bucks. Other than that the build looks good.

I don,t understand why poeple keep suggesting the 1600Hz ram everytime on low budget PC. 1333hz bottleneck any games currently.

Sure your just saving 6$ but they are low profile and you won't get any speed increasement for the 6$ so why wasting it ?

As for PSU go with seasonic, antec or corsair.

You don't want a SSD on a 1000$ budget for a gaming PC.

Antec offers several power supplies which tend to be hit or miss. The models made by CWT i would avoid but the Delta/Seasonic models are very good.
