ASUS P7H55-M LX with Core i3 540 Processor Motherboard
I Will Be overclocking and gaming on ultra
graphic card - 7850

Have u purchased it? Or not yet.
Because the CPU isn't good enough upto today's standards. Get at least Sandy/Ivy Bridge CPU.
However, i3 3220 will be the best budget gaming CPU. Even a Pentium G2120 will be better than i3 540 in gaming.
