For a ultra budget build:

Geforce GTS 610 - exceeds minimum specifications nicely and is offered at $50-$70 at nvidia supplier evga

for a budget build:

Geforce GTS 520 $60

higher:

Geforce GTS 450 $120

good bang for the buck low end:

Geforce GTX 550Ti - $140

yeah, it mainly depends on your budget, all basch's suggestions where all low-end entry level cards, which could be alright, depending on what your doing, but not future proof or anything, at all

GT 430/GT 440. Whichever you can find your your price. Don't buy GT 520/GT 610, they suck. You never told us which country you were from, so I can't give links or check what cards are available to you for that price.

some games are CPU intensive and some games are GPU intensive so keeping both the component good will give you good result.

you have dual-core cpu with 2.7ghz speed that's pretty good for games.

Alright don't need to read all that, personally, best choice is:D DDD

Amd hd 6570....it has 2gb video ram...and if overclocked will probably beat the 6670

if you want amd graphics within the 72 dollar price range i would go for...

hd 6670 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
OR http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

nvidia
gt 440 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
or gts 520 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

it may, thats why its better to go with a card with higher video memory, although, that 6670 might be a bit better, posted mine before i reloaded the page, sorry just read you're in india>.< might have to change the links, another good option is to use a site like ebay to find better used cards

that's why it might be better to get the 6570 2gb, all it is is the 6670 with reduced core clock speed, and more graphics memory, if he can overclock @ all, it would blow the 6670 out of the water...or if he can incrase his budget by another 8 dollars, the diamond hd 6670 2gb gddr3 would own http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

yes the graphics card supports up to 1600p, which good luck finding a monitor at that resolution for under a thousand dollars, so yes you will be able to play at your monitors max resolution, as for the shaders, i can't speak for that

shader model ?? its upto GPU, for example a gpu that support shader model it's not too much good, card with 3.0 is even more better, with 4.0 much better, 5.1 super graphics.
