Graphics card Master

way more than enough, technically my 7850 in my sig is an OC version running off a 550w psu. albeit the 7850 is a light card, im still using a 550w psu so any higher should still be enough.

Best solution

Graphics card Master

For a system using a single SAPPHIRE HD 6950 OC graphics card a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater power supply is recommended. The power supply should also have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 36 Amps or greater and have at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

The XFX ProSeries 650W Core Edition (P1-650S-NLB9), with its combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 53 Amps and with two 6-pin and two (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is more than sufficient to power your system configuration with a single SAPPHIRE HD 6950 OC.
