Would I need a CPU Cooler if I do not plan to overclock?

Should I get one just in case I want to upgrade? The CPU I plan on getting is the phenom ii x4 965 black and I plan on leaving my computer on for long periods of times. What do you think I should do?

It all depends on temps but I don't think you will need a new CPU Cooler considering you plan to overclock.

I would say check temps before and after upgrade and then decide.
