New Build Boots Then Crashes

When I turn on my computer, it does one of two things. Either the BIOS screen will appear, then after about ten seconds it will switch to the No Signal screen, or alternatively it will not boot at all and say No Signal.

I went through the checklist of things to check before posting, and when the computer boots the Internal Speaker is doing one short beep. The CPU, PSU, and case fan all begin spinning, I can hear the hard drive running, and the DVD R/W drive will open and close, just nothing on screen. Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm using:
AMD FX 6100 CPU
ASUS M5A97 Motherboard
2x4 GB Sector 5 DDR
CPU Cooler is stock
GTX 550 Ti Graphics card
LSP 650 watt PSU
Western Digital 2 TB HD
Thermal Take Commander MS-I Snow Edition case

Hahaha. Yes, one of the first things I checked was that the cables were properly installed into the screen, and that the screen is plugged in and on the correct format. The issue persists with both VGA and HDMI hookups.

ok well one short beep is for ram have u tried taking out dimms and putting them in one by one might have a failed dimm stick

sry sry one short beep is for system is fine! i would still cheak the dimms tho just to rule it out

Also tried that, with no luck.
