After installing a new video card, I tried to turn on the computer, but the computer just beeped and wouldn't start up. I saw some videos, and whenever people replace their video cards, they connect the graphics card to the power supply. However, my old graphics card didn't have a connection to the power supply, I can't find any connections coming from the power supply. It's a PCIe 6 slot connection.
The graphics card came with this wire:

But I can't find any place to connect the wire to the power supply.
Is there any way I can fix this problem, or will i have to return the video card?
Thanks
By the way, the computer is a Dell Studio XPS 9100
And the graphics card I'm upgrading to is an MSI Radeon 6870 HAWK
