Do I have to plug in both of the 4 pin connectors to CPU

Hello,

I am using ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 motherboard and I5 3450 processor. I bought Corsair TX 650 power supply. My question is the motherboard has 2 *4 pins for CPU and even power supply has 2 * 4 pins for CPU. Do I have to plug in both of these into motherboard or even 1 will do? because clearly I5 3450 is not for overclocking.
