LunchBox PC Build HELP Please

OK I want to build a Small if not Tiny PC.
AS small as POSSIBLE!
It dose not need to be in a lunchbox.
But I want it small.....
If possible i would like the monitor to be attached to the side of the case or lid of lunchbox or something epic!!
I don't really know how much I have to spend.

If I buy it then £150 ($233)
If my parents buy it about £400 ($623)

I have built a Gaming PC before (I'm typing on it YESH)
So do you think it will be to hard?
I'm 12 By the way Built it when I was 11

I want it for Email Internet and mild stuff like that no big games like minecraft.

Smallest PCs I build I build into old NES cases. Way before your time, but cant get smaller than that cept a book type prebuilt with an Intel ATOM CPU in it. Which are pretty crappy.

My cousin built one in a lunchbox.....
Maybe i should go see that when he comes back from china

Im not saying it isnt possible. With the new Raspberry Pi and ODroid hardware you can build PCs into anything nowadays. Just saying waht my personal experience is with it, and if you found something like that youd probably be paying more for their time to customize it, rather than any actual quality hardware in it. I put an E-350 CPU/GPU combo in mine with an SSD, 430 GT discrete vid card all inside the NES case, capable of doing some decent 720p gaming, not BF3 but other titles have run well, and also put Blu Ray drives in my builds.

the smallest you can get that isn't a laptop are barebone computers but the power isnt very strong and is only built for casual use.

So you cant get like small cases to fit parts into like normal ones??
You cant like buy a Elite 4577 Mini 34 and get parts that fit in it?
