First aid over 225

They tell me to goto gustav van howzen by I been to him and he wont train me
or give me a quest, I'm level 40, only thing is my first aid is about 222,
does it need to be 225?

Correct. When you finish the quest, make sure you skillup to at least
226 before you leave the zone, so be sure to have some mageweavr on you.
There is a bug that will leave you stranded at 225 if you don't.
