guys .. what is the gud gpu for my pc ? i have pentium D 925 , 3 ghz , mobo MS-7255 , 4 gb DDR2 ram. i like to play 2006-2011 games. help me by ur idea guys

Any decent GPU will be held back by your pentium D 925, you've also not mentioned your power supply or budget, we need this information to give you a valid suggestion.

The GT240 is really designed for HTPC duties and will really struggle with gaming, If you could stretch to a HD6670 that would be my recommendation providing your computers power supply isn't generic and is built by a reputable brand (if your not sure, just tell us the make and model and we will tell you).

450w is more than enough even for higher end cards.

I think you would be surprised with how good you could game on a 7750 on that rig.
It won't be a world beater, but it will play many game and 'playable' rates, depending on the resolution of your monitor.

I upgraded an old celeron system with a similar motherboard a while back. Put a 4770 in it, and it does just fine. a 7750 is about the same performance, a good price and a lot more power efficient.

bfk1298, your GPU RAM and your SYSTEM RAM have nothing to do with eachother.

As Jacobdrj said, System RAM and VRAM perform different tasks, you could have any mix of VRAM and system RAM.
