Will my PSU be good enough?

I am looking to upgrade from an amd black 9850 to either an intel 2700k, 3770k, or 3570k (still not sure yet). Anyway, I will be buying a new PSU in a month or so to compliment this build, but I am wondering if my current PSU will be good enough with either of these processors?

if it handled your amd quad fine,
then is no problem putting an new gen intel quad
cos they are less power user
