Identify memory

I have just purchased MSI motherboard(K7T266 PRO (MS-6380)).
I am trying to buy a memory for the board, but I do not know difference between "PC-133 512MB 64X64-7 168-PIN MODULE" and "PC-133 512MB 64X4-7 168-PIN MODULE".
Another question is what the meaning of "High Density RAM" is .
