What's wrong with using the online calculators?

There's a calculator at the UselessInfo site in my sig, or alternatively use
the one at www.unlockme.co.uk

You're quite right, my mistake. As the 7610 is one of the new ASIC Nokias,
it can't be done with the free calculators yet.

I'll go away and write out "I should read posts more carefully before
replying to them." 100 times for my punishment.

No problem! Perhaps if you had a moment you could give me a few impressions
of the 7610? I am very interested in getting one.

I had a look at one at my local phone store recently and I think they look
pretty good. The keypad is also surprisingly easy to use and has very good
action on the keys IMO.

I would have got a 6230 by now but I just don't like their appearance.

Sorry for late reply Peter.
Phone is surprising light. Its basically same as 6600 & keypad layout is ok
to use. I do find myself, pressing different keys at time. usually the drop
call key & answer call key.

But no big mistakes made yet.

Camera>>>I thought being megapixel it will be great> which IMO is not good.
I could take better pics with my SPV E100 with camera attachment.
The video function is good to have especially when it can take 10mins of
video. Again not to impressed with quality when it comes to watching it on
the PC.

But apart from all that, its a good phone. I just had high expectation from
the camera & video, thats why i bought it. but i like the shape and weight.

cheers
G

Sounds good. I liked the business orientated functions of the 6600 so it's
good that they've kept these in the 7610. I am not overly concerned about
the multi media aspects so I think I'd be happy with all the other
functions.

How is the phone's operating stability? One thing about the 6230 which came
out just before the 7610 was its dodgy firmware. I hope this doesn't apply
to the 7610.

Having seen the phones up close I think I prefer the black/red colour
scheme! Which have you got?
