Pc not starting

Hello,
I was playing cod mw2 and all of a sudden my pc shuts down and it would nt start. I press the start button and nothing happens.
My pc specs
Intel 945g pen d 2.8ghz
4gb ram
amd 6770
Zebronics 450w

is this anything to do with psu?

could be a dead PSU i had the same problem i bought a new 1 everythings fine now. i all so checked the psu with other leads just to make sure it wasent just the lead to the psu.

Leave it to cool down a bit and try again. If its completely dead, then your PSU is gone.

Also you can try a different AC wall outlet in the room or house as it could the particular one or extension board you are using that's blown a fuse.

If you are not using an extension, then proceed to using a different Ac wall outlet

Yes it was PSU it was dead,got another one- but why did this happen? does this happen again?
