Anyways, I have been researching looking at multiple pc components to build my pc this is what I have on Newegg as of now. Please help a noobie out.

The i5 2500K and i5 3570K hardly show any difference in performance, while the i5 2500K is cheaper and doesn't require more cooling than the i5 3570K would need.
