Are all these parts compatible and a good selection

I have been planning on building a new desktop computer and made a list of the parts that I thought would be good. I am just looking for advice as to whether all the parts are compatible or if any are a waste of money or if any are too cheap. So here is the list.

Case: Rosewill challenger ATX mid tower

Power supply: Cooler master silent pro gold series 800w

Motherboard: ASRock z68

Cpu: intel core i5-2500k

memory: corsair vengeance 8gb (2 x 4gb)

Video card: Sapphire Radeon Hd 6850

Storage: Crucial M4 cto64m4ssd2 2.5" 65gb SATA and samsung seagate spinpoint f3 500gb hard drive

optical drive: lite-on sata dvd-rom.


I am planning on using the computer mostly for video editing and maybe some games but nothing crazy.
I am open to any ideas cause i am new to this. Preferably I will go with not as top of the line products to save money.

The 800w psu is a little over kill. I'd go with the ocz modxsteam pro 600w $50 after mir http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341017 Also I'd get g.skill ripjaws 8gb(2x4gb) $47 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314

Okay thanks for the answer. It's nice knowing that nothing was totally wrong. Also would this video card be plenty good for video editing on sony vegas?

That card should be more than enough for editing. The cpu is going to be doing most of the work.
