looking for some good advice on my next psu as my last one has just burnt out. (teach me to go second hand) i was on another forum, but have always been looking for a better unbiast one
this one looks like my kind of place :bounce:

anyway, this is my current spec:
I5 760 CPU, Asus p7p55d Pro Motherboard, Coolermaster Hyper 212 plus CPU Cooler, 4gb geil ram, asus 470 gtx, 1tb hdd, SB Audigy 2 PCI sound card, 300mb wireless card

i might buy another 470 in a couple of months as they are getting so cheap

im looking to get one under £70 and want it to be modular or at least semi as i like my insides looking good
i was told i should be looking at about 750w?

maybe the ocz 750w fatal1ty??

thanks

I'd go with Seasonic gold or platinum. Fully modular, tight voltage regulation. The platinum's have 7 year warranty and I THINK the gold's have 5 year warranties. Gold 750W is $120 which is well within your budget. You could probably go under 750W, but I like to have mine running at around 50% for more efficiency. You can check your wattage requirement with this:
