I want to be able to play most games on high but now I can only get Batman AA to run at 50 fps on medium, for example. I'm even having trouble with GLSL mods for Minecraft which seem to lock me at 15 frames.
I've been told to upgrade my PSU (I've got an Ultra 650w PSU lined up), CPU and GPU. At this point I can only upgrade either the CPU or GPU and the PSU.
Which should I upgrade if I wanted a great boost? $250 is the most I can spend, including the $50 PSU.

Edit: My motherboard only allows 95w CPU upgrades.
